At Blackpool City Learning Centre we have various meeting and training rooms available for hire, all available at a competitive price.
We have previously and continue to work hand in hand with various organisations including the Department of Health, NHS Trust Hospitals, DWP, HM Revenue & Customs as well as various schools – each trusting us to seamlessly host perfect training, meeting and conference events on their behalf.
All of our training, meeting and conference spaces have been designed with you in mind, providing the right enviroment for you to be effective and achieve successful results. Whichever room you choose, you can be sure of a versatile, stimulating and relaxing experiance. With 10 specialist rooms in the CLC, we offer you a dedicated environment for your training, meeting and conference needs.
We have fully equiped PC suits while other rooms are traditional fully ICT equipped meeting spaces. All rooms are supplied with a projector and screen, laptop with internet connection, flip chart and DVD player.
Blackpool City Learning Centre has free wireless internet access for your delegates to experience high-speed browsing, downloading or checking of emails anywhere on site. We also offer a shower room and changing facilities for those delegates who wish to refresh themselves before their scheduled meeting.
Additional equipment such as still and video cameras, tripods, over head projectors (OHP's) are also available within the all-inclusive hire package as standard. However notice is requested to ensure equipment is available at the time of your booking.

Lecture Theatre
The CLC offers a state of the art 100 seater lecture theatre, you will find this fully equipped and flexible for your needs. This fantastic facility has projection facilities for dual laptops, a lecturn presenter stand with a state of the art interactive control pad.
The Theatre is also our main video conferencing venue, this has proved popular with many of our corporate clients who are wishing to improve productivity, reduce travel costs and manage their carbon footprint. Please see the PDF document below for further information on this service.

Personal Developement Room 1 (PD1)
PD1 is our second largest conference/meeting space, this room offers a capacity of 30 delegates in a choice of seating arrangements to fit your needs.
As standard the room is supplied with a flip chart and pens, as well as a chilled water cooler for your delegates use.
This room is joined to the adjacent room (PD2) with a moveable wall enabling a larger meeting space which can accommodate 50 delegates if required.

Personal Developement Room 2 (PD2)
In it's own right PD2 can accomodate 20 delegates and offers the same high standards of equipment as above. A video conferencing unit is available in this room.

Seminar Room 1
This compact well furnished room will accommodate up to 12 people with a laptop linked to 50" plasma screen.

Seminar Room 2
Seminar 2 will accommodate up to 24 delegates in a warm and colourful enviroment and as like the theatre and PD2 has a video conferencing unit installed.
This room has the additional features of a small kitchen, shower room and changing facilities for those delegates who wish to refresh themselves before their scheduled meeting.

PC1
This spacious computer room boasts a compliment of 28 dual boot Apple Mac computers. The teacher's computer is linked to a HD video projector with surround sounds speakers and a blu-ray dvd player.

PC2
This room is a PC based computer room with the facility of the centre section of 12 computers to be able to be raise and lowered at your discretion. The teacher's computer is linked to 2.1 speakers and a video projector.

PC3
Our most popular and descrete computer suite. A compliment of 10 PC's which has the facility like PC2 to be able to be raised or lowered. The teacher's computer is linked to either a video projector with 2.1 speakers or a 50" plasma screen.

TV Studio & Radio Studio
These rooms are available through the media department based here at the CLC.
