Radio Wave Scholarship Programme

Radio Wave brought in a group of young students from Lytham High School at the end of March 2011.  They came in to use the Radio Studio showing them how to broadcast, giving them tips and hits in the production of a radio show.

Continuing the programme, Radio Wave brought in 12 pupils for Palatine Sports College on 26th May 2011 to produce and present a live radio broadcast - to produce an advert to promote the college.

Nicki Bruns and some Radio Wave presenters assisted with the development of radio media awareness, communications and the listening and speaking English.  The aim is for the advert to be played on the radio and their work to be presented in the school assembly.
